ANGUS EVANS, 22
​
From the age of 11, when he got his first camera, Angus fell in love with telling stories and capturing life on screen. In high school, Angus got involved in the school musicals: Oliver! and Godspell, and there found his deep passion for acting along with the films and plays that inspired him along the way.
​
After finishing high school, Angus studied acting through a bachelor of performance at AADA, graduating in 2016. There he learnt methods in both stage and screen, ranging from the traditional Stanislavski method to the trainings of Tadashi Suzuki. He also featured in a number of performances including Shakespeare, Russian Epic, Contemporary Australian and Physical Theatre. Angus has also participated in various other short term acting courses and worked with industry professionals such as:

For many years, Angus has also been a keen-eyed filmmaker and used amateur film to gain an understanding of the film set and make his way into the medium. He has also used it not only to craft his acting, but his writing and directing, which he has also trained in at AIM. Angus has participated in the creation of over 20 independent short films, music videos, trailers and commercials.
